Accessing The Economist
To access The Economist using the UO Libraries subscription:
- Go to The Economist's sign-in page.
- If prompted, sign in with your UO email address. There is usually a short authentication process the first time that you sign in on a particular device.
- You are now behind the paywall at The Economist! You should only need to do this once as long as you don't clear your browser. If you clear it or get disconnected, simply go back to the sign-in page and follow these steps again.
- Note: VPN off campus is not necessary to access The Economist.
