Kaiser Permanente Meditations for Emotional Wellness

Through guided imagery and affirmations, these meditations that can help you access your body's natural tendency to repair and heal.

The meditations are copyrighted materials from Health Journeys, a multimedia publishing company that specializes in self-help audio recordings of guided experiences such as meditation, imagery, and relaxation.

UCLA Mindful

Developed by the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Center (MARC), UCLA Mindful is a free easy-to-use app that allows you to practice mindfulness meditation anywhere, anytime with guided meditations recorded by UCLA MARC's Director of Mindfulness Education, Diana Winston. Scientific research shows mindfulness can help manage stress-related physical conditions, reduce anxiety and depression, cultivate positive emotions, and help improve overall physical health and well-being.

The projects aims to improve access to mental health resources to those who lack access to traditional support, and to help people explore how technology can be used to improve wellbeing.
