Streaming Platforms

These streaming platforms provide access to videos that support UO courses and research interests. Faculty and graduate students may request movies to add by filling out the Request an Item for Purchase Form.

OnArchitecture is an audiovisual archive of architecture online, founded in 2012 by Chilean architects Felipe De Ferrari and Diego Grass along with psychologist Claudio Mesa. It offers a deep and detailed panorama of the world’s main authors, works, experiences and issues related to the field of architecture. The database contains a series of videos of buildings and interviews with architects, artists and curators from around the world since 2007. There are more than 150 interviews and more than 250 portraits of buildings.
Kanopy This link opens in a new window
Offers streaming access to a large variety of documentary and feature films. Major subject areas include the arts, business and training, media and communication, natural sciences and social sciences. Kanopy is limited to UO students, faculty, and staff. A DuckID is required for access both on and off campus.

Educational streaming access to content from Bullfrog Films, Collective Eye Films, Icarus Films (including The Fanlight Collection and dGenerate Films), Kartemquin Films, Scorpion TV,Sincerely Films, Terra Nova Films and Villon Films.
UO users may preview and license content online.
