Textbook Subsidies and Lending Libraries

Several organizations on campus offer textbook subsidies to help students pay for textbooks directly. Many also have lending libraries, separate from UO libraries, where you can look for your textbook and borrow it for the term.

UO Basics Needs Textbook Subsidy
Provides up to $150 per student per term. You can apply for support via the textbook subsidy form (note the form is only open during the beginning of the term). Contact the Basic Needs Team for more information.
CMAE resource pond:
A textbook lending library, priority is given to students who are affiliated with CMAE during week one, and opens to all students during week two. If the Resource Pond doesn't include your textbook you can submit a purchase request.
UO Women's center:
Provides a textbook subsidy, lending library, and helpful textbook tips.
TRIO Student Support Services:
Provides a textbook subsidy and book loaner program.
