Genifer Snipes is the University of Oregon’s Business & Entrepreneurship Librarian, which means she’s the person to talk with for help with assignments, new business/product development research, job hunting, or any other business-related project. She is the primary contact for the Department of Economics and Lundquist College of Business, including its Portland satellite programs. She is also Head of Social Science Liaisons and, as of Fall 2024, the Interim Librarian for Product Design and Sports Product Design.
Genifer has a Bachelor’s of History from Centre College, M.S. in Library Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University. Her favorite business subjects are entrepreneurship, project management, and competitive intelligence. Outside of business, she enjoys knitting, roadtrips with her dogs, military history, reading, and visiting zoos & aquariums.
