Open Access Resources

OA Databases are the most common way to publish and share scholarly literature in this region, so the articles in these databases are scholarly and often peer-reviewed as well as those in paid, subscription resources.

LANIC: The Latin American Network Information Center LANIC's editorially reviewed directories contain over 10,000 unique URLs, one of the largest guides for Latin American content on the Internet. Especially strong source for government information and NGOs. LANIC ceased updating links in July of 2015.

When you search Google Scholar on your personal computer, you can configure your settings so that UO Libraries resource links appear in your results. Then you can click the UO FindText to access a library item.
