Citation Practices

The University of Oregon School of Law journals follow The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. Most legal journals and jurisdictions follow The Bluebook or a local variation. When citing an archived web page, please consult with the appropriate style guide.

Review Bluebook Rule 18.2.1(d)

Bluebook Rule 18.2.1(d) encourages the usage of a reliable archiving tool for internet resources. The archive URL should be added to the end of the full citation in brackets.
