Perma.cc is a service that helps scholars archive web content. It helps alleviate link rot by providing readers access to cited web materials. The University of Oregon Law Library is a registrar for Perma.cc.

1. Go to Perma.
2. Log on with your username and password. If you do not know your username and password, please contact Tina Ching. 
3. Create a new Perma link.
