This book aims to present compilation and critical evaluation of the various aspects of the chromatographic separation and quantitation of surfactants present in various accompanying matrices such as industrial surfactant preparations, foods and food products, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, personal care products, ground and surface waters, wastewaters, sewages, sludges, etc. The main themes of the book are the presentation of the newest chromatographic technologies, the discussion of their advantages and disadvantages and the prediction of the future trends in the chromatographic analysis of surfactants.
