Oregon does not have a state voter ID law. BUT, Federal law applies:
- If you are a first-time voter in a Federal election--such as the one coming up in November.
- When you register to vote or vote for the first time in a federal election in Oregon you must prove who you are. Voter registration requires, in this order:
- Current driver’s license number or
- Last 4 digits of social security number or
- State-assigned unique number
