Over the past several years, many universities have been developing undergraduate law and legal studies programs. Consequently, law professors and instructors who have been teaching graduate-level law students for decades now find themselves teaching a new population of students. This guide collects resources on course design, effective teaching, and inclusive teaching from both law school and undergraduate contexts to help instructors develop meaningful and effective courses for undergraduate law programs.
The guide is organized by topics listed in the menu on the left side of this page. If you need assistance retrieving a book, please contact the Circulation desk in the law school library, (541) 346-3088 or lawcirc@uoregon.edu. If you need assistance accessing an article, finding any other resource, or if you would like to add a resource to this guide, please contact Megan Austin.
