Source Pulling for Law Journals

This guide is intended for editors working on source pulls for the Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation, Oregon Law Review, and Oregon Review of International Law. 

Cite-checking involves making sure that the author adequately represented a cited source and that the citation conforms to the Bluebook citation rules. The process involves finding and retrieving an authoritative version of a cited source (source pulling). This guide focuses on methods of finding the most common types of sources cited in journal articles.
