MedPIX - NEW. A free online Medical Image Database with over 53,000 indexed and curated images, from over 13,000 patients.

Visible Human project - online images here. There are also CDs of this in the Anatomy study room in the Science Library

Online exhibitions - lots of online images here, although you'll have to click through lots of pages to find them. 

3D print exchange - models and files to download are added regularly, like Thingiverse for science.
