- On the Country Profiles page, I recommend starting with Europa World Plus. There is a lot of background information on each country, plus links to government agencies or ministries (one source of plans), development organizations (for some countries), trade and industry organizations, and major companies--all potential stakeholders. All of these have links to their web sites.
- There are links to all of this on the left side, clicking on a link will open up more links and information.
- World Bank is a good source of information on development challenges and programs.
- Projects & Reports includes World Bank and USAID. You can look up a country and development project and results of that project.
- If you need to dig deeper, try the other pages. For instance, you can search for articles on the success or otherwise of development plans. Or look for more statistics to prove your point.
- You also can go to the Country Profiles guide for information from more IGOs, NGOs, and bilateral development agencies.
