Law Journal Articles

There are a plethora of journals and law reviews publishing scholarship on a wide range of topics. Finding journal articles about the topic you are researching can be a useful way to get your bearings as you begin your research and assess what scholarship already exists on your chosen topic.

  • HeinOnline
  • Westlaw Campus Research
    • Select Secondary Sources > Law Reviews & Journals from the main menu. You can search all law review and journal materials, filter by jurisdiction, or browse by topic.
    • Allows natural language searching, Boolean searching, and advanced searching.
    • See the "Campus Help Guide" document or "Training and Support" link at the bottom of the screen for tips on using this platform.
  • Google Scholar
    • Google Scholar indexes a wide variety of law journals.
    • Configure your account per these directions so that Google Scholar can provide you with options for downloading articles through UO Libraries.
